With this effect of the enormous pressure of management, they try to fill the vacant post with the stipulated timeline, hiring the candidates as fillers. During the hiring process, HR department might push you to join the position which doesn’t match your professional profile or your needs. Employee Referrals work better than actual head hunting

Try to manage a reference for you if you’re going for job interview, because candidate referral makes the HR representatives feel safe. Every employee cost to the company which hires them. And it becomes bad bargain for the company if HR department fails to select right candidates. To evade this, they, most of times, prefer to select those candidates who come with the references. So, to get selected in an interview, try to manage a reference for you as it’ll enhance the chances of your selection than rest of the candidates.
