This year, CAT percentile is a bit lower than the previous year, which clearly indicates that the tough questions have raised the bar of CAT exam. Well it is not only the CAT score which is taken into consideration while finalizing the process of admission, but other factors – like academic scores in school and college, performance in WAT/GD (Written Analysis/Group Discussion) , Interview, work experience – also taken into consideration while completing the final process of admission.

Cut-off of top IIMs is out to surprise you again!

Almost all the IIMs have declared their cut-offs for the second round of selection. First round of cut off of top IIMs has crossed the mark of 90 percentile and second round of cut-off lingered in the range of 80-90 percentile for the general category. As expected Engineers still rule the roost with the twenty 100 percentilers as engineers. For the second tier of B-schools the cut off falls in the range of 70-80 percentile and for third tier it is in the range of 50-60 percentile.
