UPSC issued notification for Civil Services Examination 2011 which includes IAS, IFS, IPS and other Central Services (Group ‘A’ and Group ‘B’). There will now be two compulsory papers-one is Civil Services Preliminary Exam Paper I and the other is Civil Services Exam Paper II
