Documentary formalities related to the SSC Combined Higher Secondary Level Examination, 2012

QUES: What certificates/documents, other than proofs of Educational Qualification, are required to be produced during the SSC’s Combined Higher Secondary Level (10+2) Examination, 2012?

ANS: Candidates who wish to be considered against vacancies reserved or seek age-relaxation must submit requisite certificate from the competent authority, in the prescribed format at the time of Skill Test /Typing Test otherwise, their claim for SC/ST/OBC/PH/Ex-S status will not be accepted and their candidature will be considered under General (UR) category.

The formats of the certificates are annexed with the notice for this examination and also available on the commission’s website

OBC Certificate with creamy layer status issued by the competent authority as prescribed by DOPT in the prescribed proforma up to the last tier of the Examination, i.e. Skill Test in case of Data Entry Operators and Typing Test in case of Lower Division Clerk will be accepted by the Commission.

NOTE: Candidates may be permanently debarred from the examinations conducted by the Commission in case it is found that they fraudulently claim SC/ST/OBC/Ex-S/PH status.
