5 Practical ways to Improve Your Concentration Power
It is very important to understand that what exactly concentration is!
Concentration is taking your mind off many things and putting it on one thing at a time.” Often what distracts us are day-to-day misunderstandings and negative feelings.

One day, while teaching archery to Pandavs and Kauravs, Guru Dronacharya decided to test concentration power of their students.
Guru Dronacharya fixed a wooden bird into the branch of a tree. He called his students one by one and asked them to aim at the eye of the bird.
Everyone answered, they can see branches of the tree, complete bird, and nearby surroundings but only Arjuna said he can see only eye of the bird.
It is due to the reason that only he was able to concentrate on the (target) bird's eye and block out every other distraction. It was his concentration power with which he became one of the greatest archers of the times.
Scholars of Albert Einstein believed that he uses special techniques to concentrate on anything for more than 1 hour avoiding any sort of nearby disturbances.
We all know that building six pack abs is not one night game but it takes time, effort, and dedication to built one. Similarly, one also needs time, efforts and practice to increase his or her concentration power.

Similarly, when you sit in your workstation, give five minutes to think about the possible sources of distraction and then give commands to your mind that you will ignore such distraction.
For example, when you will study, someone will knock the door, somebody may drop something near you. So before starting study make up your mind that these incidents may happen but you should not pay any attention to them.
