But, teen-age is the formative years of a child, where he is opening up to a new world, new situations and at the same time undergoing hormonal changes and many other challenges. There is a lot going on in their mind that at timerequires de-cluttering. It enables them to structure their thoughts and hence think logically. That’s where teen life coaching comes into picture. Coaching is all about starting from where you are and moving forward. It’s about helping teenagers set their goals and also enable them to achieve these goals. This ensures kids work on things that are important to them. It’s a very action-oriented approach and that’s what kids love about life coaching.
