In the JEE Advanced Result 2016 announced on Sunday, Jaipur’s Aman Bansal was declared as the all-India topper with 320 out of 372 marks; he was closely followed by Bhavesh Dhingra (AIR 2) from Yamuna Nagar and his city mate Kunal Goyal (AIR 3), also from Jaipur. Among the female candidates, Riya Singh from Kota emerged topper with AIR of 133. IIT-Bombay has emerged as the best performing zone with 8,810 candidates qualifying in the JEE Advanced 2016.

Scoring 312 marks out of 372, Bhavesh managed to emerge as the topper of IIT-Roorkee zone. Talking about his success story, Bhavesh Dhingra dedicated his achievement to his parents and teachers. As a word of advice, he urged all engineering aspirants to trust their teachers and put in the hard work required to crack JEE Advanced 2016. Bhavesh’s father is working with a private insurance company and mother is a homemaker. Bhavesh’s two elder sisters are also engineers.
