RRB Group D 2019 Level-1: Last Day (23 Aug) to register complaint against rejected applications

Railways have officially opened the complaint window for candidates whose applications RRB Group D Level-1 2019 Recruitment have been rejected from 17th August 2019 (12:00 Hrs) till 23rd August 2019 (11:59 Hrs). Earlier many candidates made complaints regarding rejection of their applications on grounds of Photographs, Signature etc. For the ease of the candidates, railways have decided to give further chance to the candidates who are still dissatisfied with the reasons of the rejection of their application. Candidates are also being intimated by Railways through SMS and Email. RRB Group D Level-1 2019 Complaint Process for Rejected Application

Let’s have a look at the step-by-step process of making complaint against the rejected applications for RRB Group D Level-1 2019 Recruitment:

Step-1: Go to the official website of RRB

Candidates are required to visit the official website of RRB (www.rrbcdg.gov.in) and click on the link ‘CEN RRC-01/2019 - Click for Help Desk Link to give complaints regarding Rejection of Application (Level-1 Posts)’ as highlighted in the image given below:

Step-2: Choose your RRB Zone

A new page will open where the candidates need to select the RRB zone under which they must have applied before:

Step-3: Fill in Login Details

After clicking on your selected RRB Zone, a new page will open where candidates need to fill the Login Details like Registration ID, Date of Birth and Security Code:

 

Step-4: Register your Complaint

After logging in to the page, candidates can register their complaints. This link will be active from 17th August 2019 (12:00 Hrs) till 23rd August 2019 (11:59 Hrs).

Railways have announced that this time the decision on grievances will be final and binding on candidates. They will give no further chances of filing complaints.

Railways Final Decision on Complaints for RRB Group D Level-1 2019 Rejected Application Status

Railways have declared that the final decision on the complaints received will be intimated to the candidates through SMS and Email latest by 31st August 2019. Candidates’ application will only be accepted if they have fulfilled the below eligibility criteria:

Educational Qualification

The minimum Educational Qualification for RRB Group D level 1 Posts is 10th pass (OR) ITI from institutions recognised by National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT)/ State Council for Vocational Training (SCVT) (or) equivalent (OR) National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by NCVT

Age limit

The age limit for applying for these posts were 18 to 33 years for General Candidates, 18 to 36 years for OBC Candidates and 18 to 38 years for SC/ST Candidates
