SSC CHSL Exam 2020 is scheduled to be held from 12 to 16 October 2020 and from 19 to 21 October 2020.
The commission has also released the the important instruction notice for SSC CHSL Eam 2020. As per the notice, the candidates should carry their admit card with latest photos, ID Proof, Face Mask, Hand sanitizer (Small bottle), Transparent water bottle and a printout of COVID-19 Self Declaration Form provided with the admit card. SSC CHSL New Exam Date Details
Earlier, was conducting the exam for CHSL 2020 for remaining candidates from17 August to 21 August 2020 and from 24 August to 27 August 2020. SSC CHSL Exam was postponed due to coronavirus spread in the country which was scheduled from 23 March 2020 onwards.
If Photo Identity Card does not have the date of birth printed on it then the candidate must carry an additional original document (e.g. Matriculation Certificate, Marks Sheet issued only by CBSE/ ICSE/ State Boards; Birth Certificate, Category Certificate) in proof of their date of birth.
SSC CHSL Exam Pattern
There will questions on English Comprehension (Basic Knowledge), General Intelligence, General Awareness and Quantitative Aptitude (Basic Arithmetic Skill). Each section carries 25 questions of 50 marks. 0.50 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer. The total time duration of SSC CHSL Tier 1 exam is 1 hour i.e. 60 minutes.
Qualified candidates in CHSL Tier 1 Exam will be called for SSC CGL Tier 2 Exam which is a descriptive type paper of 100 marks.
SSC is conducting Combined Higher Secondary Level Exam 2019 for the recruitment for 4893 Lower Divisional Clerk (LDC)/Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA), Postal Assistant (PA)/Sorting Assistant (SA) and Data Entry Operators (DEO).
