SSC Combined Graduate Level Tier II Exam 2014: Tips and Strategy- Last Minute Tips

The Staff Selection Commission has declared dates for the Combined Graduate Level Tier II examination 2014, which is going to take place in the month of January 2015. The candidates who have successfully gone through with the Tier I examination are eligible to write the Tier II examination, in which they have to solve two papers. The total duration for the two papers would be 4 hours and there would be a total of 400 marks in the examination. There are two papers namely English Language and Comprehension and Quantitative Abilities, which the candidates need to answer in order to get through to the personal interview round. Depending on the posts applied for the candidates can select Economics/Commerce/Mathematics in place of Quantitative Ability paper and go through the examination. There are negative markings for each wrong answer and 0.50 marks get deducted.

The candidates who are on the verge of giving the examination are feeling the heat and are going all guns with their preparation. But they should be very systematic and focus on the specific areas in which they need to work upon. There are a list of Do’s and Don’ts before the big exam that is going to take place in the end of this month, which would help the candidates to go through the examination smoothly and come out with flying colors.
