With the change in the UPPCS Exam Pattern, the preparation requires full overhaul and tectonic shift from objective to subjective orientation. The UPPCS Prelims now requires nor rigorous study because the introduction of the negative marking in the UPPCS Prelims Exam has skewed all the space for the guess work.
It is the first time that the UPPCS Prelims Exam will be conducted with negative marking so we all have to see the consequent fall in the cut off for the UPPCS Prelims Exam. It is evident that the cutoff will fall because wherever the negative marking is introduced in the past, the cut off always fell to a certain level in the initial periods.
