Gujarat Metro Recruitment 2019: Gujarat Metro Rail Corporation (GMRC) has invited applications for the recruitment of General Manager, Joint General Manager, Manager, Assistant Manager, Engineer, Deputy General Manager, Sr. Supervisor, Sr. Station Controller / Train Operator Traffic Controller and RRV Operator. Eligibility Criteria for

Educational Qualification and Experience:

  • General Manager – Candidate must be a B.E / B. Tech (engineering graduate. Candidates having minimum 20 years of relevant post qualification experience
  • General Manager (Finance) – Must be a Commerce Graduate and Member of the institute of Chartered Accountants of India or Member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India or a Commerce Graduate and MBA with specialization in Finance from a Govt. recognized Institute/University.
    Executives working in “CPSE/ PSU/ Autonomous Bodies” with 5 years’ experience in the E6 or equivalent grade with IDA pay scale of Rs 1,00,000- 2,60,000/- or with minimum 2 years’ experience in the E7 or equivalent grade with the IDA pay scale of Rs 1,20,000-2,80,000/-. He/ She must possess minimum of 20 years of post- qualification executive grade experience and dealt with areas like Project Finance, Finance, Accounting and Audit, setting up of Financial, Accounting Audit Systems and procedures, Sound knowledge of Treasury Management, Exposure of issuing Domestic & Foreign currency bonds, Knowledge of issuing shares in open market and sufficient knowledge of SEBI guidelines. The applicant should have at least five years of cumulative experience at a senior level during the last ten years, in various aspects of Corporate Financial Management and Accounts in an organization of repute
  • Joint General Manager (Rolling Stock) – Candidate must be a B.E / B. Tech Electrical/Electrical & Electronics/Mechanical engineering graduate having minimum 16 years relevant post qualification experience in planning, design, preparation of technical specification, administration of contracts, installation, testing, commissioning and statutory approvals of modern electric rolling stock in construction projects of railways / metros/ other PSUs/ private sector dealing with Rolling Stock Systems. Also he/she should be conversant with international competitive bidding process, computerized environment working and latest rolling stock technologies etc. for underground/ elevated metro/rail projects in urban & suburban environment including consultancy works related to urban rail projects.
  • Manager (Rolling Stock) – Candidate must have a B.E. /B. Tech in Electrical/Mechanical discipline from a Govt. recognized Institute/ University having minimum 07 years of relevant post qualification experience in installation, testing commissioning of rolling stock. Candidate should also be well conversant with MRGR, requirement of RDSO and CRS certification.
  • Manager (E&M) – Candidate must be a B.E / B. Tech (Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Mechanical) engineering graduate having minimum 9 years of relevant post qualification relevant experience of E&M works in elevated/underground Metro rail projects.
  • Candidate must be a B.E / B. Tech (Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Mechanical) engineering graduate having minimum 5 years of relevant post qualification experience of E&M works in elevated/underground Metro rail projects.
  • Engineer (Rolling Stock) - Candidate must have a B.E. /B. Tech in Electrical/Mechanical discipline from a Govt. recognized Institute/ University having minimum 3 years of relevant post qualification experience in installation, testing commissioning of rolling stock. Candidate should also be well conversant with MRGR, requirement of RDSO and CRS certification.
  • Assistant Manager (Admin) - Graduation from a recognized university in Science or Commerce with MBA degree (Full Time) having minimum 5 years relevant post qualification experience in administration, management, out of which he must have worked with large Corporate/ Organization or State PSUs, Corporations / Boards and have hands on experience in general administration & logistics functions of such Company or Organization having minimum 500 manpower.
  • Assistant Manager (Asset Management) - E/B.Tech (Civil) engineering graduate with MBA having minimum 5 years of relevant Post Qualification
  • Deputy General Manager (Traction)- B.E / B. Tech (Electrical)/ (Electrical & Electronics) engineering graduate with minimum 10 years relevant post qualification experience
  • Deputy General Manager (Signalling) - BE /B.Tech (Electronics/ Electronics and Communication) engineering graduate from University / Institute recognized by the Govt. of India or a State Government, having minimum 10 years of relevant post qualification experience
  • Deputy General Manager (Rolling Stock) -B.E. /B. Tech in Electrical/Mechanical discipline from a Govt. recognized Institute/ University. Minimum 10 years of relevant post qualification experience in installation, testing commissioning and Operation & Maintenance of rolling stock. Candidate should also be well conversant with MRGR, requirement of RDSO and CMRS certification.
  • Deputy General Manager (Telecom) - Candidate must be B.E/ B.Tech (Electronics / Electronics & Communications/ Computer Science/ Electrical) engineering graduate having minimum 10 years relevant post qualification experience in installation / testing / commissioning / operations of Telecommunication Systems in any Metro Rail/ LRT / Suburban Rail/ Railway Systems / Airports etc. is essential.
  • Manager (Operations/(E&M/Traction)B.E. /B. Tech in Electrical/Mechanical discipline or Graduate in any discipline from a Government recognized University/ Institute. Minimum 09 years of relevant post qualification experience in Metro Rail Operations.
  • Signalling & PSD - B.E. /B. Tech in Electronics or Electronics & Telecommunication discipline from a Govt. recognized Institute/ University. Minimum 09 years of relevant post qualification experience
  • Manager (Signalling) - B.E. /B. Tech in Electronics or Electronics & Telecommunication discipline from a Govt. recognized Institute/ University. Minimum 05 years of relevant post qualification experience in installation, testing commissioning and Operation & Maintenance of Signalling and PSD equipment’s like point machine, automatic train protection. Candidate should also be well conversant with MRGR, requirement of ISA and CMRS certification.
  • Manager (Telecom & AFC) - B.E. /B. Tech in Electronics or Electronics & Telecommunication discipline from a Govt. recognized Institute/ University.Minimum 05 years of relevant post qualification experience in installation, testing commissioning and Operation & Maintenance of Telecom and AFC equipment’s. Candidate should also be well conversant with MRGR, requirement of CMRS certification.
