Qualification for Junior Research Fellow and Other Posts:
- Junior Research Fellow: Post Graduate degree in Botany (Specialization in Microbiology)/Applied Microbiology/Molecular Biology/Biotechnology/Life Sciences with minimum 55% marks. Candidates should have desired experience in the relevant fields.
- Project Technical Assistant: Master’s degree with Botany (specialization in Microbiology)/ Molecular Biology/Applied Microbiology/ Biotechnology /Life Sciences with at least 55% aggregate marks.
- Research Associate: Sc. in Bioinformatics/Biotechnology/Molecular Biology or related subjects with minimum 60% marks and working experience in the field of Bioinformatics.
- Traineeship: Post Graduation in Bio-informatics or any branch of Chemical Sciences/Life Sciences/Computer Science to carry out a project work in Bio-informatics.
- Studentship: Candidates pursuing postgraduate degree in Bioinformatics/Biotechnology of any branch of Life Sciences.
Age limit: Maximum 28 years for Junior Research Fellow/Research Associate/Project Technical Assistant.
