Eligibility Criteria for Registrar, Dy. Registrar, LDC and other Job

  • Registrar: (1) Master Degree with at least 55% marks or its equivalent Grade B in the UGC 07 point scale from a recognized University or equivalent.

(2) At least 10 (ten) years exp. as Assistant Professor in the AGP of Rs. 7000 (Level 11 of 7th CPC) and above or with 05 years of service in the AGP of Rs. 8000 and above, including 03 years experience in Educational Administration.

  • Deputy Registrar (DR): The vacancy is proposed to be filled up on deputation basis by officers from the Central/State/UT Govt. fulfilling the following conditions: holding analogous vacancies on regular basis in the parent cadre/ department.
  • Senior Research Officer: (a) Master Degree in Social Science/Statistics/Economics from a recognized University.

(b) Five (05) years exp. in studying design, coding, field work, tabulation and analysis.

  • Assistant Registrar: (a) holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department.

(b) having 03 years regular service in the grade of Section Officers (Level 07 of the Pay Matrix) or equivalent post in the parent cadre or department.

  • Assistant Dir.(Official Language): PG with Master Degree of a recognized University in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the Degree level.
  • Senior Private Secretary: The vacancy is proposed to be filled up on deputation basis by officials from the Central Govt./Autonomous Societies fulfilling the following conditions: holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department.
  • Section Officers:The other vacancy is proposed to be filled on deputation basis by candidates from Central Govt./Autonomous Societies fulfilling the following conditions: holding analogous vacancy on regular basis in the parent cadre or department.
  • Senior Personal Assistants:The other vacancy is proposed to be filled on deputation basis by candidates from Central Govt./Autonomous Societies fulfilling the following conditions: holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department.
  • Assistant: The vacancy is proposed to be filled up by Direct Recruitment from amongst candidates possessing degree of a recognized University or equivalent.
  • Library & Information Assistants: Bachelor Degree in Library Science or Library and Information Science of a recognized University/Institute.
  • Stenographer: (a) Class 12th Pass or equivalent from a recognized Board or University.

(b) Skill Test Norms: Dictation: 10 mts. @80 word per minute (wpm) Transcription: 65 mts. (Eng), 75 mts. (Hindi) (on manual typewriter).

  • LDC/Typists: Class 12th Pass or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or University.
