Candidates who had applied for the exam and have not received admit cards can either download it from CSIR’s website or can approach Coordinators directly on 22 December 2012 to get duplicate admission certificate. Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR) will be conducting Joint CSIR-UGC NET Examination on 23 December 2012 at 26 centres across the nation.
Admit Cards will have candidates name, Roll Number, Test Date, Test Time, and Test venue address. Candidates should note that they will not be admitted to the Test unless they hold the admission Certificate to the Test.
The paper will be conducted in two sessions- morning session from 9am to 12 pm and afternoon session from 2 pm to 5 pm- on 23 December 2012. The mode of examination will be objective type with Multiple Choice Questions for all the six subjects namely Chemical Sciences, Earth, Atmospheric, Ocean and Planetary Sciences, Life Sciences, Mathematical Sciences, Physical Sciences and Engineering Sciences.
CSIR conducts Joint CSIR UGC NET Examination 2012 twice a year to determine the eligibility of candidates for the award of Junior Research Fellowship and to determine the eligibility for the recruitment of lecturers in 6 subjects under the faculty of Science & Technology.
