NEET PG Exam Centres 2019, Test Cities

The National Board of Examinations (NBE) issues NEET PG 2019 Admit Card once the testing venue is allotted to the candidate (within 24 hrs of registration). The admit card issued before 20 days of the exam date. The test center would be finalized in the admit card. The candidate would be supposed to reach at the exam center at given time.

Reporting Time

  • Reporting time refers to the time at which the candidate reaches the Reporting counter at the test centre. Candidate who fails to report by the stipulated time as indicated on the admit card shall not be allowed to enter the examination premises.
  • Candidate should arrive at the Reporting counter at least two hours before the commencement of exam i.e. 01:30 PM.
  • This allows for security checks, identity verification, image capture, bio-metric capture etc. The reporting counter will close 30 minutes prior to the exam start time.

Formalities at the Test Center

  • ID verification

The original documents as mentioned above. All candidates at the centre shall be frisked by security guards.

  • Capture of left thumb prints

The left thumb prints of all candidates shall be captured electronically and candidates are requested to cooperate with the on duty staff with this process.

  • Capturing of digital image

 As a security measure, digital image of the reporting candidates shall be captured and taken on record.

  • The entry to the exam hall will close after 3:00 PM.
  • Candidates are also advised to check the requirement for mandatory documents on Testing Day and comply with the same.
  • NBE / / Staff/Designated Agency / Test centre on duty shall not be liable under any circumstances for delayed reporting and / or non presentation of mandatory documents.
  • The test takers will be provided with rough papers inside the exam hall.
  • No candidate will be allowed to leave the exam hall before the completion of the duration of NEET PG 2019.

Precautions to keep in Mind at the Test Center

  • Candidates will not be allowed to take the following items inside the examination center under any circumstances.
  • Any stationery item like textual material  (both printed and written), notes, Plastic Pouch, Writing Pad Eraser, Calculator, Pen, Pen Drives, etc.
  • Any electronic device like Mobile Phone, Bluetooth, Earphones, Microphone, Pager, wrist watch/Health Band, Calculator, Electronic Pen/Scanner etc
  • All ornaments like bracelets, Ring, Earrings, Nose-pin, Chain/Necklace, Pendants, Necklace with pendants, Badge, Brooch etc.
  • Other items like Wallet, Goggles, Handbags, Belt, Cap etc
  • Any eatable item opened or packed, soft drinks, water bottle etc
  • Any other item which could be used for unfair means, for hiding communication devices like wireless/Bluetooth device, spy camera etc.
