Eligibility Criteria for Managerial Posts

  • General Manager – Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or) AMIE in Mechanical Engineering.Minimum 22 years of post-qualification working experience in Thermal Power Station(s)
  • Deputy Chief Medical Officer (Medical) – MBBS and MS / DNB/Diploma in concerned specialty.Minimum 04 Years of Post qualification experience for the candidates possessing MBBS with PG Degree and Minimum 8 Years of Post qualification experience for the candidates possessing MBBS with PG Diploma in orthopaedics / DMRD
  • Medical Officer - MBBS and MS / DNB/Diploma in concerned specialty.No experience required for the candidates possessing MBBS with PG Degreeand Minimum 4 Years of Post qualification experience for the candidates possessing MBBS with PG Diploma in orthopaedics / DMRD
  • Manager (Legal) – Bachelor of Law Degree (3 years or 5 years) from a recognized university. Minimum Post qualification experience of 05 years
  • Deputy General Manager (Finance) – Pass in final examination of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (CA) / Institute of Cost Accountants of India (CMA) (or) Degree in any discipline with MBA of minimum 02 years duration with specialization in Finance.Minimum Post qualification experience of 19 years
  • Additional Chief Manager (Finance) – Pass in final examination of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (CA) / Institute of Cost Accountants of India (CMA) (or) Degree in any discipline with MBA of minimum 02 years duration with specialization in Finance.Minimum Post qualification experience of 13 years

Selection Procedure for NLC Managerial Posts:

Selection will be done on the basis of Interview for all the posts (except Manager / Legal). However, the management reserves the right to conduct Screening Test for short listing the candidates for Personal Interview. For the post of Manager (Legal), the selection will be based on Written Test / Skill Test and Personal Interview.
