SBI Clerk Recruitment Exam 2014 is going to be conducted in July/August 2014. The online registration process for application submission has already been started from 26 May 2014. The last date for application is 14 June 2014. The written examination will be held for recruitment to the 5092 posts of Assistants in Clerical Cadre.
The test will include objective type questions, consisting of (i) General Awareness (ii) General English (iii) Quantitative Aptitude (iv) Reasoning Ability (v) Marketing Aptitude I Computer Knowledge. The questions in objective tests, except for the test of General English, will be bilingual i.e., English & Hindi. Each Section will be of 40 marks. The candidates will be provided composite time of 2 Hours 15 minutes.
There will be negative marks for wrong answers in the Objective tests. 1/4th mark will be dedudted for each wrong answer. Candidates will have to pass in each of the objective tests.
The successful candidates in the objective type written test will be placed in according to their marks in descending order in respective categories. The candidates ranking high enough in the merit will be called for interview in the ratio of maximum 3 candidates for each vacancy depending on availability of vacancies.
