UPSEE Round 2 Counselling 2018 started: Check complete schedule and registration process

    Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) formerly known as Uttar Pradesh Technical University (UPTU) has started the online registration for the second round of UPSEE counselling 2018 from July 6 onwards. Students can register themselves at upsee.nic.in using UPSEE 2018 roll number, UPSEE 2018 registration number, name, date of birth and father’s name. The last date of registration is July 7, students should not wait for the last date and register themselves before July 7. After uploading of the specified documents by the candidates, the online document verification will start from July 7 to July 8 at centralized verification center. After the verification of the documents by the concerned authorities, candidates can lock as many as choices according to their priority between July 7 and July 9.

    The different steps of UPSEE 2018 counselling process are given below:

    1. Registration:

    First of all students need to register themselves on the official website with the help UPSEE 2018 registration number and roll number. After registration, students will have to upload all the required documents in the specified format following by registration fee payment.

    2. Document Verification:

    In this step, the concerned authorities will verify all the documents uploaded by the candidates at centralized verification center.

    3. Choice Filling:

    After the document verification, students need to fill as many as choices according to their priority and availability of the seats.

    4. Seat allotment:

    On the basis of the choices filled by the candidates, availability of seats and merit list, the candidates will be allotted a seat.

    5. Seat confirmation:

    After the seat allotment, candidates will have to secure the allotted seat by using different seat allotment options which are given below:

    • Freeze: To confirm the allotted seat.
    • Float: To change seat allotted to them.
    • Withdrawal: To withdraw admission from the seat allotted to them.

    6. Physical Reporting:

    After the completion of all the three rounds of UPSEE 2018 Counselling, candidates need to report at the allotted institute between July 20 and July 23.
