    Also. in the Keshvananda Bharti Case of 1973, the court pronounced the judgement that Preamble is the part of the Constitution. Therefore, the above 2 statements are true

    The answer of question number 9 is incorrect for sure as the Supreme Court in the Berubari Case of 1962 definitely gave the verdict that Preambe cannot be treated as a part of the constitution.
