Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University (PDPU), Gandhinagar
The Applicants are required to possess a minimum academic qualification of 10+2 or its equivalent with mathematics, Physics and Chemistry; has appeared and passed JEE Mains examination conducted by CBSE or any other qualifying examinations specified by the university from time to time; and need to apply separately as announced by the university.
a) For admission as All India Seat candidate and/or as NRI Sponsored candidate:
A candidate should have secured a rank in Paper –1 of JEE (Main) 2020
A candidate should have passed the Qualifying Examination with minimum 45% marks (40% in case of SC / ST) in aggregate in theory and practical of Physics & Maths (with Chemistry or Biology or Computer or Vocational Subject) from single board.
b) For admission as NRI Candidate:
1. Candidate must have passed the qualifying examination abroad with minimum 45% marks (40% in case of SC / ST) in aggregate in theory and practical of Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics; and also must have passed:
SAT Subject Tests (SAT II) of level-II Physics, Mathematics, & Chemistry
AP tests at A-levels in Physics, Mathematics & Chemistry
Equivalent standard examination of United Kingdom (UK) education system in Physics, Mathematics, & Chemistry
JEE (Main) 2020.
2. In case, Letter Grade / Performance Index or Graded Point Average is awarded instead of percentage marks in qualifying examination, the equivalence certificate is required from the school authority.
3. Such candidate will have to produce equivalence certificate of qualifying examination from Association of Indian Universities (AIU), New Delhi.
