AP Inter Exam 2020 Pending Papers on 3rd June: BIEAP i.e. Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh has confirmed that the pending AP 2nd Year Intermediate Exam 2020 for Modern Language II, and Geography II will be held on 3rd June 2020. The confirm the news, BIEAP has released a detailed notification on its official website, which says that the exams which were earlier scheduled to be held on 23rd March but were postponed in the wake of Coronavirus outbreak, will now be held on 3rd June 2020. Exam Centres to be Same As Before

Along with declaring the examination date for the pending paper, the notification released by the board also confirmed that the examination will be held in in the morning session i.e. from 9 AM to 12 PM. While, the board has said that it will be implementing all the necessary precautions and guidelines prescribed by the health department against COVID-19, it has also said that there has been no addition of examination centres for the exam. The notification sates that the pending exam for Geography II and Modern Language II subjects will be held at the same exam centres as assigned previously to the students. BIEAP also confirmed that no new hall tickets or admit cards will be issued to the students for the examination and they can either use their old ones or download the same from portal bie.ap.gov.in.

Important Guidelines for AP Inter Exam 2020

To help sensitize students and supervisors and teachers who would be participating in the examination, the board has released a detailed set of guidelines. These guidelines will help keep students safe and healthy while ensuring that they do not get infected with Coronavirus during the exam period. Exam Day Guidelines for Students

  • Students need to compulsorily use facemasks during the examination period
  • Students need to follow social distancing norms and maintain adequate distance between them and others
  • Students must use handkerchief or tissue while coughing or sneezing
  • Students are allowed to bring their own sanitizer bottle and water bottle to the examination hall

Exam Day Guidelines for Chief Superintendent

  • Ensure compulsory checking of hall tickets before allowing students inside the exam hall
  • Ensure no gathering of crowd within the exam centre premises
  • Ensure availability of facemasks and sanitizers and provide them to students and staff members, if and when needed
  • Ensure social distancing in seating arrangement and ensure minimum 6 feet distance between desks
  • Ensure complete sanitization of examination centre before and after the examination
