Girls outshine boys in CBSE 10th Result 2019, Prakash Javadekar, Manish Sisodia applaud students for their efforts

CBSE 10th result CBSE 10th result 2019: CBSE has declared the result for Class 10 students today on its official website. Amidst much speculations, CBSE finally declared CBSE 10th result 2019 in the afternoon of 6th May, 2019 much to the surprise of everyone. Students were required to visit the official website of the Board – to check their CBSE Board Class 10 result 2019. The Board declared the result for a total of 1761078 this year. Similar to last year, girls performed better in the results this year as well. Students across the country were able to check their CBSE Board 10th result 2019 by logging on to the official website and providing their roll number, centre number, school number, admit card ID and date of birth. Additionally, students were also able to access their CBSE 10th result 2019 from Google directly.

In a tweet shared by Manish Sisodia, Delhi Deputy CM and State Education Minister congratulated students and teachers for the display of phenomenal performance in the CBSE Board Class 10 Result 2019. He also emphasized on the fact that the performance of Delhi schools in CBSE 10th result 2019 has improved by 2.87%. Prakash Javadekar, Union HRD Minister also took to twitter to congratulate the 16 lakh+ students who cleared their CBSE Class 10 exams this year. He also urged the students who did not manage to clear the exams to not be disheartened and prepare for their next attempt. He also highlighted the fact that overall pass percentage increased by 4.4%.

As per the official statistics shared by the Central Board of Secondary Education, girls have performed better in CBSE Board 10th result 2019. The overall pass percentage of girls in CBSE 10th result 2019 is 92.45 percent while that of boys stood at 90.14 percent. Girls outperformed boys by 2.31 percent in CBSE Board 2019 result 2019. The transgender students who appeared for their CBSE Class 10 Board exams this year also recorded a pass percentage of 94.74%.
