CBSE Board Exam 2020 Latest Updates: CBSE Board expected to issue a revised draft notification providing much clarity about the internal assessment marking scheme, tentative result date and other details about the cancelled CBSE 10th and 12th Exams 2020 today. Yesterday, CBSE Board filed an affidavit in the Supreme Court confirming that cancellation of the pending Board exams which were scheduled to be held from 1st July 2020. Along with cancellation of exams, the board also introduced a new evaluation scheme based on internal assessment, which will be followed to mark students for the final exams. While, the key take away from yesterday’s hearing was the cancellation of CBSE 10th and 12th Exams 2020 but clarity about other important aspects such as internal assessment marking scheme, tentative result date and other details are likely to be released today.

Another important aspect that was clarified by CBSE Board in the court yesterday was about holding exams for Class 12 students later on, when the situation is more conducive. However, this option to sit for re-examination, if you are not satisfied with your current score shared on the basis of internal assessment is only available to Class 12 students. For class 10 students, the results announced on the basis of internal assessment will be final.
