JEE MAIN January Exam 2019: Students, we have a great news for you. The National Testing Agency, NTA has announced the allotment of exam dates and shift for JEE Mains 2019 today i.e. October 5, 2018. The candidates who have registered for JEE Main 2019 January Examination can login to their accounts on the official website jeemain.nic.in to check the exact exam date and city allotted to them. All the information regarding the exam city i.e. the center of the examination allotted to candidates would be released only on October 21, 2018.
It has bee mentioned on the official website that, "The exact date and shift allotted to candidates for JEE (Main)-January 2019 shall be displayed by the 5th October 2018 on the NTA websites viz. www.nta.ac.inand www.jeemain.nic.in. The City allotted to the candidates of examination for Paper-1 and Paper-2 will also be available by 21st October 2018."
Soon, NTA will be opening an application form correction window from October 8 to October 14 to give all its candidates, one last chance to rectify the errors committed while filling up their forms. All the aspirants are hereby informed that as per the information bulletin released, the said information was to be released by November 15. However, as per the notification released on the official website on September 2, the exam date and shift allotted would be released on October 5. The JEE Main 2019 city allotment details would be released by end of October (on October 21) and admit cards would be released on December.
The final allotment of JEE Main 2019 exam center, date, shift, and venue, along with some of the corrections made will be printed on it. All candidates must ensure details mentioned on their application form must match to the ones mentioned on admit cards. If not, a candidate will be advised to contact the admit card issuing authority at the earliest possible.
