According to media reports, the Class 12 students from Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Pune have requested a change in the examination centres. Reports suggest that, close to 60 class 12 students from Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Pune have asked for a change in the examination centre.
Reports suggest that Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Pune has been the examination centre until now but the students have asked for a change in the examination centres to their home states for the final Hindi examination to be conducted.
As per latest reports the officials from Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti Delhi have stated that the students have returned to their homes in different states across the country after the lockdown was announced all over and the data of the same is being collected for a decision on the matter.
There are close to seven Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Centres across India and all the students from the different centres are facing similar issues.
Students are of the opinion that travelling to JNV Pune for the CBSE Hindi examination is a concern as the national level entrance examinations like NEET 2020 and JEE Main 2020 examination dates are also close by. The students thus have requested their respective Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya for a change of examination centre.
The NTA NEET 2020 examinations are scheduled to be conducted on July 26, 2020, while the JEE Main Examinations are scheduled to be conducted from July 18 to 23, 2020.
The CBSE is expected to release the schedule of the remaining examinations on the official website of the board soon. According to reports, the pending class 10 and 12 CBS Examinations will be conducted from July 1 to 15, 2020.
