CISCE Exam 2019: Fourth ranked Richa Singh became DCP for a day

CISCE Exam 2019: The exam season has almost gone and the result season is running these days. The state boards and CBSE are all in line to declare the result of the board exams. CBSE has declared the result in record time and most of the state boards are gearing up to declare the exam result soon. In the same series, the result of ISC Class 12th exam has been declared on 7 May. In the exam, many candidates have appeared and all were waiting for the results.

Now, the result has been declared and the felicitation of the students is going on across the country. Every now and then, some news surfaced that the toppers are given honour and encouraged this or that way. In the CISCE exam 2019, the girl who ranked fourth in the list has been felicitated by the Kolkata police. The girl who took the show is Kolkata's Richa Singh, who was made DCP for a day by the Kolkata police. This was done in order to appreciate the efforts she had put in and made the mark in the exam.

Richa scored 99.25% marks in her board exams the result of which has been declared recently. In order to encourage her, she was made DCP for a day from 6 AM to 12 noon in South Eastern Division of the city. Interestingly, she is the daughter of a policeman. Her father, Rajesh Singh, is posted as additional officer-in-charge of Gariahat police station. During the day, she was asked what were the orders for her father, to which she replied that her father needed to reach home earlier that day. Her father was also very happy over the achievement of her daughter.

Richa has been a student of GD Birla Centre for Education. She wants to be an IAS officer in her life and she wants to study history and sociology as her subjects. She has passed one of the most difficult exams and got fourth rank nationally. The CISCE board was established in 1958. There are more than 2,100 schools that are affiliated to this board. The CISCE board is a privately-held national level board that conducts the exams for Class 10 and 12.
