The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education announced the results for the Maharashtra SSC 2019 Examination on June 8, 2019 i.e. on Saturday. The results were announced in the online mode through the official website of the board i.e. Around 17 lakh students appeared for the Maharashtra Board Class 10th examination this year.

There were three students whose results stood out in the Maharashtra SSC 2019 Examination. One of the students is Raj Mahindra Jaiswal, a student at the Guru Govind Municipal Hindi Medium School in Mulund. He scored 93.2 percent marks  and wishes to pursue chartered accountancy in future. He said, 'I decided I wanted to get good marks and I studied hard. I didn't go for tuitions either. If I had doubts, I would try solving them myself and ask my school teacher.'

Raj likes to play volleyball and secured 5 marks in his intermediate drawing examination. His parents work at a garment factory as a tailor. His father said, 'We didn't need to him to study. He would ask us to wake him up.' Raj also had to shoulder the responsibility of his two sisters and a brother along with his studies.

Another student who made the headlines with his Class 10th result is Rayyan Shaikh, a student of Podar school. Rayyan's mother, Arfa Shaikh discovered just about 2 years back that he was afflicted with discalculia, dyslexia and dysgraphia just about 2 years back. His mother said that, 'the school had asked her to get some tests done as Rayyan barely used to pass his exams and they found that Rayyan indeed was affected with learning disability.'

Rayyan however, performed impressively in the Class 10th Board examinations and scored a whopping 84.6% marks in the examination. His mother further added that 'he would study throughout the day with enough breaks. The school also supported him by conducting extra classes for him and some other students on Saturday's.'

The most surprising story to come forth after the announcement of the Maharashtra Board Class 10th results was that of Akshit Jadhav, a student at the Shanti Nagar High School on Mira Road. Although Akshit's marks were below his expectations but his result left many people wondering if he had made a record. Akshit scored a perfect 35 score in all his Class 10th subjects. His father said, 'He had expected to secure around 55 percent marks however, we are happy that he passed. Many students can score in the 90's but not all students can score perfect 35 in each of the subject.'
