COVID-19 Precautions and Guidelines To be Followed

Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot in a meeting held 29th May 2020 gave his nod to holding of the RBSE 10th and 12th Board Exam 2020. However, he also noted that during the exam period, health and safety of the students should be kept as the top priority of the state government, education department and the concerned board. He also directed the board officials to come up with detailed precautions and guidelines that students, teachers and exam centre administrators need to follow in order to ensure zero spread of Coronavirus infection during the exams.

Students of non-Board Classes Promoted Without Exam

Since the outbreak of Coronavirus pandemic in March 2020, the state government took proactive steps to ensure that students don’t get infected by the virus. As part of this, the state government closed all schools and educational institutions in the state and also postponed the on-going board exams from 20th March 2020 onwards. Following this, with subsequent extension in lockdown, the state government also decided to promote students of all non-board classes to the next academic grade without holding exams.
