TS Inter Exam 2020 Dates Announced: TSBIE has formally announced the Telangana Intermediate Exam 2020 dates for the pending papers. As per the official press release, TS 2nd Inter Exam 2020 for Geography and Modern Language Subject will be held on 3rd June 2020. To confirm the news about the new or revised examination date for the Geography Paper II and Modern Languages Paper II, the board issued a formal notification which states that the pending papers will now be held on 3rd June 2020. According to the notification, the exam is scheduled to be held in the morning session starting from 9 AM to 12 PM. Earlier, the exam for these two subjects were to be held on 23rd March 2020 but were postponed due to the announcement of Coronavirus lockdown across the country.

Old Hall Tickets / Admit Cards to be Valid

As per the information provided in the official notification, old hall tickets and admit cards that were issued earlier for the exams held so far, will also be valid for the pending examination. Furthermore, the examination will be held at the same examination centres as mentioned in the hall tickets and there would be no change or addition in the examination centre. So far, the board has not notified how does it plan to follow social distancing guidelines during the examination without increasing the total number of examination centres for the students.

Evaluation of Answer Sheets Begin

Along with the decision to hold examinations for pending papers, the TSBIE has commenced evaluation of answer scripts of the intermediate public examinations here on Tuesday. According to media report filed by Telangana Today, the checking of answer sheets began with 4,350 teachers which were involved in checking of answer scripts of English, Sanskrit, Mathematics and Civics subjects. To keep COVID-19 threat at bay, the board has made adequate arrangements to follow precautionary guidelines shared by the health department. All teachers have been provided masks, sanitizers, liquids soaps etc besides infra-red guns were used to read the temperature of the evaluators.
