The All India Pre Medical Test which now properly known as NEET 2018 (National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test) will be held on 6 May, 2018 this year. The examination will be conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) as a single-window, all-India entrance examination for admission to various medical colleges.

The examination will offer admissions to MBBS and BDS courses in all government colleges, private colleges, deemed universities and central universities in the country, with the exception of AIIMS and JIPMER.

The registration for NEET 2018 started from 8 February after some delay. As confirmed by the prospectus, major changes have been introduced to the exam in terms of its scope, eligibility criteria, and the number of languages one can take the test in All India Pre Medical Test also popularly known as AIPMT is now replaced with NEET 2018 (National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test).

AIPMT is considered by every medical institution (except All India Institution for Medical Science and Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research) for offering admission in MBBS and BDS courses.

How to Apply For AIPMT 2018 Application Form

Visit AIPMT official website i.e aipmt.nic.in

Candidate must read the official notification and then register online.

Fill all the necessary Personal and Educational Information in the Application Form.

Candidates have to upload the scanned image of recent photograph and signature in the given specifications.

Pay the application fee and finally click on the Submit button.

It is advised to the Applicant to take the Print out of the submitted Application Form.

Download AIPMT Admit Card

You can download AIPMT admit card 2018 from the official site of the AIPMT from April 2018. Admit cards will not be sent by the post. You are advised to carefully examine the admit card information for all the entries to ensure everything is correct. The admit card will be provided by entering the registration number, date of birth and security code in the input box of the website.

AIPMT Answer Key 2018

After examination, AIPMT answer key is going to be published on the official site of NEET. The key is going to be displayed in the last week of May 2018 (tentative).By using the answer key, you will be able to predict their minimum marks in AIPMT result 2018. In case of any confusion or doubt in the answer, candidates can always challenge the CBSE against Answer Key. Candidates will be providing an opportunity to make an online challenge against the answer key on payment of Rs.1000/- per answer. The board will refund Rs.1000/- charged per answer in case the claim made by student is correct.

Declaration of AIPMT 2018 result

AIPMT Result 2018 will be announced on the official website. The conducting body will not prepare category wise result sheet. After the result declaration, candidates should regularly check our website till the conclusion of the final round of Counselling.

AIPMT result 2018 cut-off

The AIPMT cut-off is going to be declared after AIPMT result on the basis of the cut-off marks that scored by the candidates in the AIPMT exam 2018. The Cut-off list will be released by the CBSE board. The cut-off list will be set on the basis of number of candidates appeared in the exam and the difficulty level of exam.

Merit List for AIPMT Result 2018

The board will prepare the list of successful candidates on the basis of marks that they scored in the examination and AIPMT result. After making the merit list, board forwards it to the counselling authorities for allotting the seats. In case, if two or more candidates score same marks in the AIPMT exam, the inter-se-merit of such candidates will be prepared on the basis of following preference:

Candidate who scores higher marks in Biology (Botany & Zoology) in the exam.

Candidates who scores higher marks in Chemistry in the exam.

Candidates with less number of attempted wrong answers in all the subjects in the exam.

Candidates older in age to be preferred.

After AIPMT 2018 result declaration

After the AIPMT result 2018 announcement, the counselling will begin within one week. The AIPMT Counselling will be organized online and will be managed by the Directorate General of Health Services. In case you need any information about the counselling, you should visit Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) site. Candidates are advised that who are selected in the merit/wait list read the counselling information carefully.

About AIPMT Examination

The CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) annually conducts AIPMT (All India Pre Medical/ Pre Dental Entrance Test). It is a national level medical entrance test for the medical aspirant students to join MBBS and BDS program in different medical colleges, who accepts the AIPMT score.
