Kerala State board class 10 examination results will be declared by the Kerala Pareeksha Bhavan while the class 12 examination results will be declared by the DHSE Kerala. Along with announcing the results of the class 10 and 12 board examinations, the board officials will also be giving the complete analysis of the examinations including the number of students who have appeared for the exam and the pass percentage recorded in each district.
According to the results announced for Class 10 Kerala Board exams in 2020, the state recorded an overall pass percentage of 98.82 percent from the e4 lakh students who appeared for the examinations. The Physics, Chemistry and mathematics papers recorded a pass percentage of 99.82, 99.92 and 99.05 percent. Approximately 1837 schools bagged 100 percent pass percentages for the class 10 examinations.
1170 private students appeared for the exams and a pass percentage of 76.61 percent was recorded for the same. Out of the 4 lakh students who appeared for the exams 41,906 students A+ in all the subjects.
Kerala Class 12 Results Analysis
According to the number recorded for the class 12 examinations 234 students secured 100 percent in the class 12 examinations scoring 1200 out of 1200 while 18510 students secured A+ in all the subjects. The overall pass percentage recorded for the Class 12 exams in 2020 was 85.13 percent with a total of 3,75.655 students appearing for the exams in total out of which 3,19,782 students passed the examinations. The Vocational Higher Secondary education students recorded a pass percentage of 81.8 percent. Stream wise Humanities recorded a pass percentage of 77.76 percent while Commerce and technical streams recorded a pass percentage of 84.52 percent and 87.94 percentage. Arts and Science streams had a pass percentage of 98.75 percent and 88.62 percent respectively.
Kerala Pareksha Bhavan and the Directorate of Higher Secondary education, Kerala will be conducting the rechecking and revaluation process for those students who have doubts in the marks allotted and wish to get their answer sheets reevaluated.
The applications for the rechecking and evaluation process for the class 10 and 12 examinations will be available on the official website of the board. Students interested to get theri answer sheets reevaluated are required to submit the applications and pay the required application fee based on the number of subjects students apply for revaluation. The changes in the marks of the students will be updated in the revised marksheets of the students
Kerala Board class 10 and 12 examination results will be released on the official website of the board shortly after which the Supplementary examination notification and applications will be released online. The Supplementary examinations will be conducted for those students who were unable to qualify the examinations in the first attempt.
The supplementary examinations for the class 10 and 12 students will be conducted within a month from the declaration of the examination results so that the students who appear for the examinations will be able to apply for the further admission process without losing an academic year.
