The Tripura Board of Secondary Education (TBSE) has announced the Class 10th Board Result 2018 on June 12 at 9.30 am. The Board has released the Madhyamik result on its official website i.e. tripuraresults.nic.in. According to reports, the pass percentage fell to 59.59 per cent from 67.38 per cent in 2017. A total of 22 candidates secured top ten positions. Around 49,000 students had appeared for the Tripura Class 10 examinations. Reports suggest that 21,449 students secured 1st division, 37 students secured 2nd division and 2,472 students got 3rd division this time. Last year in 2017, around 51,294 students had appeared for the Class 10 examinations and the pass percentage was 67.38 per cent. The boys did better than the girls in last year's examinations.

Getting to Know Tripura Board of Secondary Education (TBSE)

The TBSE 10th Result 2018 will be announced by the Tripura Board of Secondary Education. It is important that we get a brief insight into the history of this board. Before the Tripura Board came into force in 1976, it had been the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education that reserved the rights to grant affiliation to High and Higher Secondary Schools of Tripura.
